WHO WE ARE

Sanyu Rising is a non-profit organization based in Eastern Uganda in East Africa.

Our heart is for the revitalization of the Ugandan family unit, the strengthening
of character and sense of self worth in each of its family members, the long-term self -sustainability of young Ugandans, and the spread of joy through education + discipleship + income generating activities being made accessible.

WE BELIEVE

We believe that as the hope of the gospel, the promise of eternal life, and unconditional love poured out by God is spread; that light, joy, and hope will also rise up.

This is where we get the name for our organization; ‘’Sanyu Rising’’. We want to be a part of the joy rising up in the community and thanks to the work of God being done among his people in Uganda, carried out by his faithful servants reaching out to those in need.

JOY IS RISING

Joy is rising up in our villages. This is a movement, not just a ministry, certainly not just carried out by us this is God , we are just grateful that He is allowing us to be the hands that hold and guide the hands of the dearly beloved sons and daughters that are rising up.
